Josh Rogers - Personal Branding

How to build your own personal brand.

First Figure out what your brand is. Who you are, Who you are trying to sell to, what your values are, and where you want to go

Next you need to change your appearance to match your brand.
despite what people may like to believe, people do judge a book by its cover. Which is why its important to look the part even if you're not there yet. It more then just changing your cloths though. Confidence is key, No one will believe in you or what you're trying to sell if you don't first believe in it your self. You also need to be consistant, if you're always changing your look you will be hard to follow and may come accross indicisive or as if you're still growing up and "finding yourself".

Go online, Make a linkedIn, Facebook, ect. You want people to be able to find you and you want to also be able to control what they see about you.
Network, do it online and in person. Make business cards to give out. Speak up and be confident, your personality is like a product you are trying to sell. You need to network to so people can see your product.
